My professional training started in IRIE! dance theatre where I trained in African and Caribbean dances as well as Ballet and Contemporary dance. I completed my Bachelor degree in Dance at Kingston University.

Once I graduated, I pursued a career as a teacher and choreographer. I taught dance courses in schools, studios and sixth form colleges. I delivered BTEC and UAL Performing Arts Qualification at The ArtsXchange College for 5 years. During these years in college I worked with vulnerable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and SEN students. Later on I continued working with students with additional needs delivering specialised workshops in schools.
Since 2019 I work as a lecturer in Contemporary Dance at IRIE! Dance Theatre, teaching foundations of Contemporary Dance technique and Choreography.

In 2022 I co- choreographed Kinetika Bloco's Queens' Platinum Jubilee parade performance, teaching and leading more than 200 musicians and young people at the Jubilee Parade. Every year I teach and co-choreograph for Kinetika Bloco's summer show at the Southbank Centre. I was a dance captain for IRIE! Dance Theatre, working with Alleyne Dance on performance for Lewisham Borough of Culture 2022. In June 2023 I completed a project for Aures London, a multi- sensory venue in London Waterloo, choreographing and managing an immersive show called Lex Tempus.
